  I need help in changing my email

  I had an old account for personal and one for work. Deleted the old account and now have only work account.

  Work changed and now want switch email from work email to personal email used in old account.

  When I change the email it tells me the email is in use !

  It still seeing the old email from my deleted account

  Hi @prahinski,

  When you close your account, the email associated with the closure becomes unavailable for 30 days until the account is purged. So, you won’t have access to that email until after the 30 day period is over. It would be quicker to reopen your account, change the email out, and regain access to the email, and then re-close the account.

  Close Your Account

  If you want to reopen your account to retrieve your email, let me know the account you want to retrieve, and I will need to contact that email to verify ownership.
