  Hi, my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) has not been active in 5 days ?? Is it a billing issue? I need it re active ASAP please

  I do not see any upgrades under your @jillrecycles WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? If you do not recall the account you have your recycledroom.com upgrade under, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access and help with any upgrades you have under that account.
