  I am trying to figure out how to access my email. Apparently I have an email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I cant figure out how to access it. PLease help!

  The site I need help with is tracysplace.online. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  I noticed that your domain was not purchased through WordPress.com but Synergy Wholesale Pty Ltd. Since the email is provided by the domain provider as well, I believe you need to turn to them with this question. We don’t have access to their services.

  To clarify, there are several providers of WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your question as it lies outside of our system.
