  Hi @jovationllc , can you try these steps to reset the password?

  1. Log in from My Site > Inbox or at https://wp.titan.email/
  2. Click the gear icon at the top-right of the inbox
  3. Click Preferences. Under Account, there is an option to update the password recovery email.
