  I have not been able to use chat in spite of having a plan that includes it, and the “send email” option also does not work. This was not the case even one year ago here at WP, so good luck!

  Thanks much for your reply. I did hear from email support and today notice Live Chat is available after Live Chat unavailability between 12/20 and 01/09, excluding weekends and holidays. I’m glad it’s fixed, and am pursuing help via email support. I do appreciate the help available.
