  I purchased the custom email and tried to sign in on gmail and it won’t work. Is it not going to be a gmail account? Is there a way for me to make it a gmail account?

  I see that you signed up for the three-month free trial of the Professional Email service. Gmail is a free email service provider meant for personal use. Did you want Google’s email offering called Google Workspace instead?
