I just upgraded to a “.com” which supposedly allows me access to 4 email accounts with my domain name. I can’t find any instructions on how to set this up. Can someone please help?

Yes, there are a couple of ways that you can set this up.
The simple way is to use our email forwarding feature. What this does is allow you to allows you to set up virtual email addresses that contain your custom domain and forward messages to the email address you choose: http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
If you use forwarding, please note that you would be able to receive email at the custom addresses you set up, but would not be able to send email from that address.
If you need to use a more traditional email address with full inbox management, you will need to choose an email hosting service (who will provide the email functionality and storage) and then you can add that services DNS records here, so that your custom email addresses work with your new domain here.
Here are instructions to work with several popular email provider, many of which offer a free email solution. Please choose one, and then follow the instructions to set it up with your domain.
