email a form directly into a wordpress post

    I know that you can create a post directly from an email but I want something slightly different. I would like to create a form for our team captains to complete on there own laptops then with one click send it to be posted on our blog. Some of our captains are not well versed in IT so giving them a pro-forma to follow would cut down on errors and a one click send would be great.
