  Want to set up an email account for eg (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Is this possible?
  if so what are the necessary steps required?

  Hi Dave,

  Sure! You can set up Email Forwarding so that all emails sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) will show up at your personal email.

  If you want to set up complete Email Hosting, you can add custom MX records from your email host once you get that set up. You can take a look at how here:
