  How can I change my email account when don’t have access to the old email account?

  You have to regain access to the account via account recovery. If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  The site linked to your username is not hosted by wordpress.com and there is no domain mapping here for it. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  I have my user account and password, I would like to change the email account associated with it. I don’t have access to the associated email account.
