    How do I transfer my email to a new address when I close my wordpress account?

    Hi @royalbyblood, could you clarify what email address you’re trying to transfer? I’m not seeing custom addresses on this account, but it’s possible you have another account here.

    If you’ll type the email address here, it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I am actually wanting to possibly delete my domain mainly due to the $14 a month charges even though the plan says it is “free.”
    I got a little confused about the email thing b/c I have an email account with the same name.
    I don’t use my domain as much as I used to.
    If I delete my content will that mean I am no longer charged?

    We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    What domain name are you referring to?
