  Hi there, if I understand the question correctly, you can add email to a domain registered here by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/

  But, I don’t see any registered domain names under your account, so I suppose I am not understanding the question correctly. :)

  Where specifically are you trying to create an email address, and what error are you seeing?
