  I have been told by the company hosting my email address I need to ask WordPress to change the MX record on my account in order for my email account to work. Can anyone help me with how to do that please?

  Hi there,

  You can change your MX records using the “Edit Domain” button next to your domain, under Store > My Domains in your site’s dashboard. We have a full guide for setting up email from other email providers here: Add Email through other providers
