Email account failed

  Hi,
  I can´t access my email account (by Rede Host, Brazil). So, Rede Host suggests that WordPress.com do this about MX:

  nome: mail
  tipo: A

  apontando: 177.55.97.28

  nome: @
  tipo: mx
  apontando: mail.lauracarvalhoarte.com
  ou

  nome: @
  tipo: mx
  apontando: mail28.redehost.com.br

  e

  nome: @
  tipo: txt
  apontando: v=spf1 include:spf.redehost.com.br ~all

  WordPress.com does not have mail servers. If you want a custom email, check this http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

  I know it. I´m just tryng to explain that I have my own email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), by Rede Host (Brazil), but I can´t access it because WordPress.com must do this about MX:

  If you don´t uderestand, I prefer contact a Portuguese help to explain better my problem. I need to check my emails and WordPress must help me in this case.

  Is there any Portuguese support?
  Wordpress MUST help me and I MUST access my personal email.
