It looks like your free three-month trial for Professional Email is over. Do you want to continue paying for Professional Email powered by Titan? I also noticed the domain you used Professional Email with is not pointing to WordPress.com at the moment. If you’d like to keep hosting your site elsewhere, we can help with transferring the subscription to Titan Email so that you can pay them directly.

I would like to keep the email – i had some family issues so didn’t see the renewal emails sent a couple weeks ago. I have been unable to renew the email now so not sure how to do it.
The domain name i was using previously was not renewed, and someone took over the domain so i was unable to use it any more – so i created the second domain name – which is what my email refers to, i want to transfer my website to this new domain but have not had time or instructions to follow. Any help is welcome – thanks. -

Sorry for the delayed response to this. Please purchase a new Titan email plan with the same email address and let us know here once you have. Once the plan is purchased, I can reach out to our mail team, who can try and restore the emails for your account.
