Email account in my domain

  How can I have email address linked to my domain?
  Not the techiest here, so I am unsure if I am wording the question correctly.
  If I have a personal domain (susanacurry.com), how can I open/buy email account using that domain (i.e. (email visible only to moderators and staff))? I don´t want to use my personal account on my business cards or website for clients to contact me.
