Email account not connected to Username

  Hello!

  I have a website built on your platform. http://www.camhanch.org. It was built by a professional designer, uploaded and then passed to me. I have had it for about 2 years now.

  My computer crashed and all my passwords were lost. I have been attempting to retrieve my password using my USERNAME and it tells me that the email was sent. But it is not showing up in any of my email accounts. So at least the username is good and registered.

  Could someone within wordpress – help me figure out how to get the reset information for the account into my email account. If you need more info I am happy to help.
