Email account not receiving password reset or login link

  Hello there,

  I’ve had my laptop reset and so have lost my password associated with my former WordPress account (which is free). I have sent many forgot password and login links to the email address (hotmail) associated with my account. But so far I’ve not received any email whatsoever. I’m also unable to use the account recovery form, as I have made no purchases, do not have the email with the activation key (as I started my account in 2016), and did not activate two factor authentication.

  Please help me figure out how I can access my former account. Is there a way that I can receive the password reset links to my email address?
