email account set up

I have my domain name and email hosting originally through Crazy Domains. I have linked the domain to my wordpress account. I am now attempting to set up an email address linked to my domain. I have followed all the instructions from WordPress and from Crazy Domains with regard to setting up the DNS records, but i am still unable to use the email account.
Any ideas of what i need to do??

Exactly what changes did you make and what instructions did you receive from Crazy Domains?

this was the instruction i got from Crazy domains …
If you are hosting your website with another provider (word press) and cannot update your name
servers, please contact your hosting provider and set the following records in your DNS:
MX record uranusrising.com. –> mail.uranusrising.com.
A record mail.uranusrising.com. –> 27.54.88.34… which i have done through the ‘Store / Domains’ pages on wordpress.

There is a difference between mail & webmail
My best effort is to try the records & format that I gave above
I will also flag this for the staff to help, but they are on a company wide meetup plotting how to rule the world or something like that so they are backed up a bit in the forum, they are working requests but not as quickly as normally
Based on what I saw in an earlier forum post I would use mail and not webmail – the records are very strict and differ in format from one host to another a bit sometimes
