  Your ‘create professional email’ button isn’t working. I’m trying to establish professional email accounts. I’ve tried in Chrome and in Firefox.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  Our Professional Email service is only available for domain names that are hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  Your site is hosted with Bluehost.com, and just connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. As we have no control at all over your domain, we cannot provide email services to you.

  Please contact Bluehost support instead. They’ll be able to advise you how to set up an email account and connect it to your domain with them.

  Alternatively, if you want to use our email offering, you’ll also need to move your site’s hosting to us. You can find more details on what that entails here:
