  Hello, a couple of months ago I created an account for Lisa Insalaco at (email visible only to moderators and staff) but you guys randomly deleted it without even sending me a message and I could not recovery anything. I then created different account a using a different email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I was afraid that using the other email would either not work or it would delete itself again. I am almost ready to launch the site and would like to use the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email but when I send the verification it won’t work on the email side. Can you please help resolve this issue. As I am still angry and annoyed about the last site being deleted this will hopefully be resolved soon.

  Hi there!

  We do not delete our user’s accounts and we’d always notify you if there was any ToS issue that might result in closing your site.
  I can see, however, that you’ve already closed the account from which you posted so you won’t be able to reply to this thread anymore.

  You can go on and create an account using the email address you wanted, there shouldn’t be any problem with it, as we don’t have that address in our database.
