Email Activation Won't Send

    I am trying to activate my account via email setup. I have sent the email several times to my registered address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it is not going through. I did add a recovery phone number, my cell, and got an email confirmation to the above address for that. Why is the actual account registry not going through? Thanks!

    Hey there,

    I know that feeling of waiting for an email to come. Let’s do this first, if you cannot find the email verification, check your email client spam filter. If you use gmail check this document.

    Change Your Email Address

    If you are still not getting anywhere you can tag this thread with modlook to get staff eyes not the problem. The tag area is off to the right side of the screen. You will also want to subscribe to this thread so you are notified when staff respond. To subscribe, look in the right sidebar of this thread and click the Subscribe to topic link.

    Hope this helps. Oh, and if you seek help from staff be patient – they can be pretty busy.
