  Hi there, i am currently using my personal email address for this account because it says my blog email address is already being used, but I know it isn’t as it is my email. How do I fix this? I set up the email address specifically for the blog

  Hi –

  It sounds like you might have created an additional account accidentally. The first thing we need to do is get you signed in to the account where that desired email address is in use. Once we do that, you can then change the email address on that account and close it down. After the email address on that account is changed, the desired email address becomes available and you can use it on your current account.

  Please share the email address in question. Note, the software will (redact) that automatically so only WordPress.com staff are going to be able to see what is actually shared.
