  Hi there,
  I previously had a website using the email, (email visible only to moderators and staff) , I have since closed this account and want to use this email with a new domain, but it is saying that the email already belongs to an account despite my having closed it. Could you please help me with this?

  Hi there!

  To be able to reuse the same email address, 30 days must pass from the account closure. I’d recommend that you reply to the email you’ve received when closing your account and ask to restore it. Then change the email address to another one and only then close the account again (if you wish so).

  This way you’ll free up the email address and will be able to use it with the desired site.
