  We would like to add to our account another email address. Please advise if this is possible?

  Hello!

  I don’t believe this is possible, as each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address.

  May I ask why you’d like to add another email address to your account? There might be an alternative approach.

  For instance, for cases where email addresses accessible to multiple users is required, the following documentation is relevant:
  https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/

  And for that, a custom domain is necessary. Custom domains come with any of the paid plans.
