Is there an email address attached to my blog ? The reason i ask is an we are trying to get set up with an affiliate and they are asking to send an email to my websites email address. I am thinking i dont have one attached to wordpress . Or do i ?

Yes, you do. All WordPress.com user accounts are associated with an e-mail address. But your mention of an affiliate worries me. Please read our Terms of Service, as affiliate links and all the like are not permitted here:

Thanks Bubel —- We were going to write an article about how to pick a good web site that has good hosting and customer service , then of course link to that site. I did not quite see that this was restricted at word press. Did I miss something ?

If you are merely reviewing hosting services, you should be fine. However, the links that you provide cannot be affiliate links (i.e. you are receiving monetary compensation for sending users to the sites you are mentioning).
