  Hi,
  I purchased email @mbsad and meanwhile have canceled and moved my site subscription and domain to another provider. Now when I am trying to get to that mailbox it seems that it doesn’t work.

  To be able to use the Professional Email subscription, your domain must be on WordPress.com.

  Since you migrated your domain from WordPress.com, the Professional Email service isn’t working as expected.
