  the email address with the domain name is forwarded to another email address. If I reply from the forwarded address, then the forwarded address will show. How can I make it so that the forwarded does not show and the new address with the custom domain is shown?

  The address that recipients will see in emails coming from you depends on how your email client is configured. Take a look at this link to assist you in adjusting that “from” address:
