Thank you for responding. However i still don’t know how to create an email address that matches my domain address. For example. My domain address is http://www.supportatwork.net. How can I create new email addresses that has the domain name in it? Eg: (email visible only to moderators and staff). ?

Sorry for the delay. All of us here at Automattic are on a company-wide retreat currently.
We do not provide email hosting on WordPress.com, but you can setup email forwarding.
Email hosting gives you a separate account to log into. While email forwarding will take any emails sent to your address (me (at) mydomain.com) and send them to an already existing email address, like a gmail account. (Your users won’t see the gmail account.)
