  I am not able to comment on WordPress blogs with the email address that I used to create my WP account (no longer use WP), even though I have since changed the email address on my profile.

  Could you try entering the email address that you’re trying to comment with at:
  http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  It’s possible that you might have a WordPress.com account associated with your email address, and this process will allow you to retrieve the credentials for it.

  Otherwise, could you please contact us privately (with the email address you want to use to comment) so that we can look into this for you?
