  i am trying to change the email address I attached to my web page. I have a different email address that i need put in its place. Do I have to delete the entire thing or how can i change the email ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  To change the email address associated with your account go to WP Admin > Users > Personal Settings. Scroll down to the Account details section. There should be an email address field, that is the email address associated with your account.
