email address change

  I wanted to change my email address that is linked to my blog. But I have accidentally canceled the one that is currently linked to it, so I can’t even access the confirmation email that was sent to the old email address. Is there anyway to authorize change in my email address without having access to my old inbox?

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. Note there is a backlog so you have to be patient while waiting.
