email address change

  I just want to transfer over to the new username and use my primary email with the new user name. When I send the confirmation email from the old username to change my email address to free up my primary email address to use on the new username, the email never gets sent to the email account to confirm the change. Please help.

  Hi there,

  What is your the name of your new and old usernames? Also, just so that I am on the same page with you – you are trying to free up your e-mail address to use for your new username but it is currently being used for your old username? You are trying to first change the e-mail under the old username but you are not receiving the confirmation e-mail?

  If that is the case, I would like to get more information. However, if you are trying to update the e-mail while it is being used with another account, it won’t go through. For more information with issues regarding updating e-mail, please visit our support site here:
