  Hello. I no longer have the email address I used to set up my Word Press account and have been trying to update my account accordingly. In the process of trying to change everything around, I have managed to set up more Word Press accounts (only need my primary one) in order to try to change everything around and still not able to update my email address because it says it’s already in use. Can you help me get all this straightened out?

  Hi Jennifer,

  It sounds like you are not able to log into the email that you used to create your primary WordPress account. Can you still log into your primary WordPress.com account?

  To change the email address ascociated with your WordPress.com account, navigate to your Account Settings. (Click on your profile picture in the top right of WordPress.com, and then click Account Settings.
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  You will see Email Address below Username. Once you’re done changing your email address, click Save Account Settings.
