I deleted my Comcast service and I believe I added (email visible only to moderators and staff) to replace (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, I cannot access my site. Please help –

I’ll need to know which site you’re working on, and then I can take a better look at what is going on. The account you’ve used to contact us does not have any sites connected to it. I do not see any sites connected to the other email address either.

It’s neelleyhicks.com, and the email I used to create it is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’ve had it for years.

Hi there, it is a new Gmail address, just not the one you listed. Perhaps you have access to a different Gmail account too?
