email address change led to loss off account

I changed the email linked my account (only partially apparently) and lost all access to the premium site I just (minutes before) paid for. I have now spent 24 hours trying to recover access to the site I paid for. How do I link the thing I paid for to thing I have?

When the email address is changed on the account an email notification is sent for verification. Did you get that email? Check your spam and other folders too.
Please let me know which site you’re trying to work on so I can look at the correct account in more detail. Thanks.

Hi, I have been sent a number of notifications telling me that I have failed to complete some process (to be honest I’m not sure what processes) unfortunately every single link I have been sent has failed to open (just like the last one which came in after this email). It would seem (and I’m just guessing) that the account linked to the email address has been cancelled in the process of changing the address to . I am therefore without any access to the original account and therefore cannot confirm anything at all. But honestly… I’m just guessing I’ve never used WordPress before.
This is the message I recieved—the link will not open—I no longer seem to have access to the original account to the point where I cannot even suspend my automatic resubmission to it!

As a first step, can you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address that email was sent to? You mentioned not having access to the original account so I just want to make sure you are entering the correct email address.
Doing so means you should be logged into the account that owns the domain. If you reply here afterwards, we can look at the next steps.

When I log in to wordpress using my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) I am told that I have no sites.
When I log in to wordpress using the account (email visible only to moderators and staff) I can now get in however I am trying to get this site associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff) not (email visible only to moderators and staff)… Although, I have to admit that it’s nice to be able to log in again. Unfortunately, I think WordPress is telling me that I have a free plan and that my website name is mahakaliink.wordpress.com. This is not what I want.
Whereas the website I paid for is https://mahakali.ink/ and it should have the Premium Plan because that I have a receipt for.
So here’s what I’m looking for as an end result: https://mahakali.ink with a premium plan linked to the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I still seem to be a very long way away from that. I would like to delete everything else.
Thanks for help with this btw. I know I’m being dumb but I am stuck in a bad loop and I cannot find a way out of short of burning everything and I would like to keep https://mahakali.ink

mahakaliinkdf49665553, then go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/. Select the Close Account option at the bottom of the page, and follow the steps to completely close that account.Once you’ve done that you will receive an email from us to confirm, and explaining that you have 30 days to change your mind and reverse the account closure. Reply to that email and request that the email address be deleted from the account immediately.
Then log in as

To change the address, go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/ and change it there. You’ll receive an email at the new address to confirm the change.

Hi, I had to create another account to talk to you! I’m completely locked out. Deep breath. According to wordpress whenever I try to log in to my only remaining site the user (me) is already logged in. I’ve done a hard shut down. I am NOT logged in.

OK, we are getting there. I can see my premium site mahakali.ink. Yeah! But I note that much of the stuff I want to eradicate is still there:

The site Kali.ink cannot be deleted the option to do so is missing from the bottom of the list. -
All I want for Christmas is for maha.kali.ink@gmail to own mahakali.ink and to be able to post something. I really want to eradicate every other reference to me on WordPress. This account as well.

Please take me through the exact steps you’re following that’s taking you to that error.
We don’t have any measures I know of that would prevent you from logging in because you’re already logged in, and you haven’t made any changes to the email address on the
jodiekaliinksince my last reply to you, so there’s no reason you should be unable to access that account.Please log out of
jodieinmotionblog, and then clear your browser cookies.Then log back in, using the username,
jodiekaliink, and the password you’ve been using for that account.If you encounter an error, please copy the exact text of that error message for me.

Thanks, we are getting closer. Ok I have managed to log into my account via google using (email visible only to moderators and staff). I do this because if I try to log in via WordPress I have to go through a process where I’m sent a link: “Hello! Here’s the link you requested from WordPress.com. Log in to WordPress.com
For extra security, the link can only be used one time and expires in one hour. If you didn’t request a login link, you can just delete this email.”In any case, I have now logged in via google because that is simpler than a link. Why do I get the link? Why can’t I just log in?
I have found the Premium site and made it the primary site. Yeah! I have successfully changed all of my details except for my email address.
I would also like to change the email address of this account to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and have made a request to do so. I received the following email in response. Telling me to do nothing. I did nothing last time I tried to change the address and the address did not change. Is there something I should do to convert this change from a “pending change” to “changed”?
