Email address change still pending

Okay, I’m trying to be patient, I really am, and I know I’ve already asked a question on the forum but please bear with me.
I don’t mean to be rude, but there’s an army of people with the same question- why is the email address change still pending on my blog? Some of these questions are pending for over a year, so I am fast losing hope as to whether anyone is really going to answer this!!!
Is anyone listening?! I keep getting asked to go premium, but after blogging for seven years on another host site, I’m beginning to think WordPress was a mistake, and I’m definitely not going premium if it takes so long just to change an email address!!

I’m sorry about the delay but I can do nothing about it. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Creating new threads or bumping threads already tagged for Staff is not in your best interest. When bloggers keep bumping any thread or creating new ones thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
Bottom line: Patience is virtue.
