Email address does not change

Hello,
I’ve changed my blog’s email address in Settings > General, and clicked the link in the confirmation email. The new address appears at Settings > General correctly, but WordPress is still sending emails to the old address. I’ve tried changing it and changing it back again, but WordPress still remembers the old address (e.g. when I go to Support to send feedback, the old address comes up as the default).
