Email address for my domain

Hello
So i bought my domain not too long ago wrigsjophotography.com with wordpress because i thught it would be convenient to have the domain with my host. And it said i’d get email too. And the fact that it could forward my email sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my actual hotmail account was great. BUT for some business things I have i’d like to be able to send email from the (email visible only to moderators and staff) and not just have email sent to it forwarded. Because it will look better for the people I email. IS there a way to do this? To somehow create a email with like outlook or anything with my domain in it? Or am i screwed on that part. I can’t find anything on wordpress about it.
