  hey im a bit confused. I have a website http://www.jawwdropp.com and the email registered on that is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  I think this was created by mistake im not quite sure but the email here is the same.
  I wanted to close this down permanently but it says all websites linked to this email will be erased. Does that mean that this account is linked with my main website as well.

  https://jawwdropp.com/ is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  In this case though, if you did want to close that site down, you’ll need to start by speaking with your hosting provider: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/
