email address linked to deactivated account

    Hi there
    I had another account called stellski.com. When i deactivated this site on Tuesday for some reason, my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) could no longer receive emails – please can you advise?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    When you cancel a domain and your email uses that domain the mailbox is not going to work anymore. In order to get it back to work you will want to restore the domain. It can be still recovered with the redemption fee of $80 plus the registration cost of $19.
