Email address logs me into an old account

  I had set up an account in 2017 for another business that I no longer want associated with this email address. How do I transfer the email to my new site and not be associated with the old site?

  Hi, you could either change this email address to something else and confirm the change, thus freeing up this address, OR, log into the other site and transfer it to this user:

  Do you need help with either option? If so, could you send a link to the site?
