Email address of people leaving comments

  I saw an option where to require people write their name and email. My question:
  (a) Can I just make it mandatory to write their first name (and not email). How?
  (b) Can I delete individual comments? How?

  a) no
  b) beside the comment, the blog administrator will see the word “Edit”. If you click on it, you can edit or delete the comment.
