    Hi!
    My email associated with my Blog is OLD and I no longer have access to it. I need to change it on my site, but cannot confirm changes because I cannot get the email.
    Please help!

    Hi! Unfortunately, all of the info you guys are requesting were probably sent to that old email address. I have checked my active accounts and have NONE of the requested items in any active email account.
    What’s another thing I can provide?

    If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

    We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

    However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private for you so search engines and users can’t access it – just let me know.

    Hi Robyn,
    I found some old emails on my home computer, so hopefully that worked. My blog is far too active to jump ship on and start over.
    Another issue I’m having is that my Gravatar image won’t change to reflect what I’ve uploaded time and time again. So, on my site, it’s a stock image and not the photo I’m trying to use.
    I’ve gotten several thousand hits this week and would love for my blog to look correct.
    Please let me know if you can help with this as well.

    Hi Stephanie! So I am able to compare and contrast your images, could you send me a link to the image you want to appear as your Gravatar, and what image is displaying instead? That will be quite helpful.

    In the meantime, I want to make certain that you’ve updated your image at Users → Personal Settings, as well as at Settings → General Settings.
