Email address problem

Good morning
I wanted to connect to my account : https://leblogdelavieille.wordpress.com/
I was told that my account was blocked for security reasons.
My username: underquadra
I can’t recover the reset link because I deleted the gmail address associated with it from my wordpress.com account.
I think it is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
These two addresses no longer exist. I cannot recover my password.
Do you have a solution to offer me ?
