email address still "pending" after a week

    I updated my email address in my settings over a week ago and still it says it is “pending”. I notice a member in jan 2014 had the same problem – and it wasn’t resolved. What is the reason for this?

    Hi there,

    After you enter a new email address in your account settings, you’ll receive a confirmation email at that new address to confirm the change. Until you confirm it, that change will be listed as pending.

    If you need to resend that confirmation email, you can cancel the pending email change and re-enter your new email address.
