    Why is is telling me this email has expired It is the only email address I have and it has not expired.

    If you click on the Domain address that I received in my reciept for payment, which is haxtunchurchofthebrethren.org, you will see that I am unable to get to the dash board to build this new site.

    Also, I thought when I set this up, I was setting up an account separate from my personal one, but those are the only sites I can get to come up. I am unable to even find when I paid the $48 for the Haxtun Church of the Brethren, my church, which will be the owner of this new site. The message above is what I get when I try.

    I have no idea what you mean about using the HTML tags you list below.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @cjeangray WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that haxtunchurchofthebrethren.org is registered on WordPress.com, but is under a different login, and not the @cjeangray account you are contacting us under today.

    We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

    When I fill out the recover form, it will not let me send it. It says I just need to reset the password, but it will not let me do that with my email as a user name. It want me to reset the password for cjeangray. That is not my email address.

    dIt simply will not let me send the recover form. It tells me to reset the password, but it is not letting me reset the password with my email as the user name. It wants to reset the password for the user name cjeangray≥ That won’t help. Please help me!! I am so frustrated.

    You need to completely log out of the cjeangray account you’re using to post here, before you’ll be able to request a password reset link for a different account.

    Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button there.

    Then try resetting your password again.
