Email address will not verify properly

    I need to change the nameservers for my domain http://www.newagetraditions.com. It keeps telling me that I can’t change the nameservers until my email has been verified.

    I have verified my email and have received notice on the screen that verification is successful. BUT, when I try to change the nameservers it still says I need to verify.

    PLUS, when I try to resend the verification, it tells me that it cannot be sent.

    PLUS, when I try to change my account email to another email address, it says that there is an error and I cannot make the changes.

    Can you please help me sort out this error so that I can change my nameservers. I have a website that needs to be live ASAP.
