  I have a premium membership and my own domain name, does that entitle me to any email addresses?

  On WordPress.com we do not provide email hosting, but you can connect email hosting from another provider to your custom domain. Here are instructions for using email with your custom domain:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
