Email addresses being deleted from user profiles

  Hi, we have WordPress linked to our mobile app. I’ve been getting complaints from some users that the “reset PW” link wasn’t working. When I check in the backend of their user profiles, their email addresses are gone, even though they were definitely there before. Has anyone encountered this problem? We have no idea why or how they’re disappearing. Thank you! :)

  It’s a mobile app, actually. But I guess the url to the backend would be http://www.app.stepmomz.com. Thank you!

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
